Support Terms and Conditions

  1. Each license receives different levels of support (see the below table).
  2. Support is available between Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 CET (Amsterdam). Exceptions can be made in discussion with our team to suit your time zone and urgency.
  3. Support can take 1-2 days or less to reply, depending on time, day and support load. We will do our best to reply as soon as possible!
