How?

• Install the SIMO Rhino and Grasshopper apps with the integrated Rhino Package Manager.
• Install and move the SIMO Dashboard app wherever you want, it’s a portable .exe file.

Technical Overview

SIMO is built to support very flexible, iterative and collaborative data-oriented workflows in Rhino and Grasshopper. All geometries are supported, depending on the SIMO component : point, curves, surfaces, meshes, NURBS, etc. Our Data Dashboard gives you both simple and detailed project breakdowns with data visualizations, report views and spreadsheet views.

System Requirements

SIMO Rhino and Grasshopper supported platforms:

• Windows 10 and 11
• Rhino and Grasshopper for Windows v6, v7 and v8.

SIMO Dashboard supported platforms:

• Windows 10 and 11 (.exe)
• Mac OSX (.dmg)

Rhino Package Manager

The below guides refer to the Rhino Package Manager which is a pop-up window from within Rhino for managing external plugins. It replaces Food4Rhino as a software installation source.
