The SIMO Dashboard is our desktop app that runs independent of Rhino and Grasshopper. You need to feed the dashboard a UIM.json file which is created and exported by the Grasshopper app. It is a live stream of the json file and gets realtime updates.

On first launch you will see this License Registration login page
Once you have licensed SIMO, you will always load to this interface where you select to load a uim.json file that is created by the SIMO Grasshopper app.
In the above image, the group Export City shows the typical workflow for exporting a uim.json file for streaming to the SIMO Dashboard.
In the above image, we have a Grasshopper Button input to the write input of the Export UIM component. This means it will only save when you click the button. If you input a Grasshopper Boolean Toggle and set to True, it will save continuously and the SIMO Dashboard will update each save of the file.
